CKE DZW-G228 Hydraulic Rectangular Chafing Dish 9.0L Golden
TSh 490,000
Our review
This is a rectangular chafing dish from CKE's luxury buffetware line, built around a hydraulic lift system that raises the lid smoothly and lets it settle shut without a sound. The 9.0L capacity and golden finish point it at hotels, caterers and banquet operations where presentation and quiet service matter as much as keeping food warm. Before buying, think about how it fits your setup: check the dimensions of your buffet line, confirm the lid's clearance when fully open, and decide whether a rectangular format suits your serving counters better than a round dish. Compare it with standard chafing dishes that use hinged or roll-top lids, since the hydraulic mechanism is the main difference here. Also weigh the golden finish against plainer stainless options if your table settings are understated. It is available on Sokonia.
