Tronic Contemporary Pendant Light

Our review

The Tronic Contemporary Pendant Light is a hanging lamp designed to give a room a more modern feel. Because it is a pendant rather than a flush or table fixture, it works best where you want light to come from above a specific spot, such as over a dining table, a counter, a reception desk or a seating area. Its stated styling leans contemporary, so it should sit comfortably in living rooms, restaurants and hotels that already use clean, current design rather than traditional or rustic decor.
Before buying, think about the practical side of any pendant. Check the ceiling height and how low the lamp will hang, since a pendant that is too long can crowd a small room or block sightlines. Consider the size of the surface below it and whether one lamp is enough or whether a row would look better. Also confirm the fitting and bulb type your electrician or the listing specifies, because pendant lights often need a bulb that is not included.
Compared with other pendant lights, the main things to weigh are the finish and shape, the amount of light it gives, and how easy it is to adjust or install. If you want a simple modern look rather than a statement piece, this is worth a look. It is available on Sokonia.
