Tronic LED Downlighter 6W Daylight White

Our review

This Tronic downlighter is a 6-watt LED unit in a white finish, intended for indoor downlighting. Its daylight white colour temperature gives a bright, crisp light rather than the warmer tone of soft white lamps, so it tends to suit kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, workspaces and other areas where clear visibility matters more than a cosy feel. At 6 watts it sits at the lower end of the downlight range, which makes it a reasonable pick for rooms where you want several small fittings spread across a ceiling instead of one strong light source.
Before buying, check the cut-out size and ceiling depth your existing fitting needs, since downlights are not interchangeable and the listing gives no dimensions. Also confirm the colour temperature suits the room, because daylight white can look harsh in bedrooms or living areas. Compare against other 6W downlights on brightness, beam angle, dimming support and connector type, and decide whether you want a fixed or adjustable head.
