Westpoint Split Air Conditioner 18K BTU R410a Inverter WIS-1824

Our review
This Westpoint unit is an 18,000 BTU split air conditioner with an inverter compressor and R410a refrigerant, sold under model number WIS-1824. Westpoint positions it for medium to large rooms, offices and commercial spaces, so it suits buyers cooling a living area, a small shop floor or a workspace rather than a single bedroom. Because it is an inverter model, it is worth comparing against non-inverter 18K units on running cost over time, and against smaller capacities if your room is modest. Before buying, confirm the room size, whether your wiring and mounting space suit a split system, and that a qualified installer is available. Full specifications are not listed here, so check the details on the Sokonia listing. The unit is available on Sokonia.
