Nadstar Sunplast Cake Decorator Mini Cream Pump SC257, 8-Piece Head Set

Our review

This is a hand-held cream pump from Nadstar's Sunplast line, listed as the SC257. It is a plastic tool with a multi-coloured body and a plastic handle, supplied with eight interchangeable heads, so you push cream or icing through and swap the tip to change the pattern. It suits home bakers who pipe small amounts of buttercream, whipped cream or filling onto cupcakes and traybakes and want variety without buying several separate nozzles. Because the heads are the whole point, count them and check they fit the barrel securely before ordering, and confirm the plastic is BPA free as stated. Compare it with metal piping sets, which feel sturdier and handle thick mixtures better, and with simple syringe-style decorators that offer fewer shapes. If you mainly decorate occasionally and prefer something light and easy to handle, this style is worth considering. It is available on Sokonia.
