This is a dual pop-up floor box from Tronic, sized 220×120mm and finished in brushed silver. It is modular rather than fixed, so the eight ways can be populated with RJ45 ports, power sockets, USB charging outlets and similar inserts to match the room. A soft-open damping system controls the lid as it rises, which matters in shared spaces where lids get opened and closed all day. It suits boardrooms, offices and commercial interiors where cables should disappear into the floor instead of trailing across it. Before buying, confirm the cutout and depth your floor or screed allows, and check that the inserts you need are available in the modular format this box accepts. Compare it with fixed-configuration floor boxes, which are simpler but lock you into one port mix, and with single-lid units that cover fewer connections.
