Tronic Dual (2G) TV Socket in Gold

Our review

This is a wall-mounted outlet from Tronic that lets you run two TV connections from a single point, finished in gold. It suits anyone wiring a living room, bedroom or entertainment wall where one aerial or signal feed needs to reach two televisions, set-top boxes or similar devices without adding a second faceplate. The gold finish is the main visual decision here, so think about whether it matches your existing switches and sockets, since mixing metals on one wall rarely looks intentional. Before buying, confirm the box depth and mounting standard your wall uses, and check that your signal source can actually be split to two points, because the socket carries the connection but does not create extra signal on its own. Compared with a single TV outlet, this saves a back box and keeps the wall tidier; compared with a plain white unit, you are paying for the finish rather than extra function. If your priority is hiding cables behind a TV, a brush plate may serve you better. Available on Sokonia.
