CKE TR31 Adjustable Bread Slicer, 0.37KW, 31-50 Slices, Stainless Steel

Our review
The CKE TR31 is a commercial bread slicer aimed at bakeries, hotel kitchens and large catering operations that slice fresh bread in volume. Its 0.37KW motor is sized for steady daily use rather than occasional home baking, and the adjustable setting covers 31 to 50 slices, so you can move between sandwich loaves and thinner serving slices without a second machine. The stainless steel body suits a working kitchen where cleaning and durability matter. Before buying, confirm the slice range matches how you actually sell or serve bread, and check that the machine's footprint and power supply fit your counter and wiring, since no dimensions or voltage details are listed here. Compare it with fixed-thickness slicers, which are simpler but less flexible, and with larger industrial models that cost more and take up more space. If your output sits between a small bakery and a full production line, this class of adjustable slicer is the practical middle ground. It is available on Sokonia.
