Tronic Thermal Overload Relay 23-32A

Our review

This Tronic thermal overload relay is a protective component for electrical circuits, sized for a 23 to 32 amp setting range. Its job is straightforward: it watches the current flowing to a motor and trips the circuit when heat builds toward a level that could damage windings or connected equipment. That makes it relevant to anyone running pumps, compressors, conveyors, or similar motor-driven machinery where an unnoticed overload could mean a burnt-out motor and costly downtime.
Before buying, confirm the relay's setting range covers the full-load current printed on your motor's nameplate, and check that its mounting and terminal arrangement suit your contactor. The 23-32A span is fairly wide, so it can cover several motor sizes, but a closer match is usually easier to tune. Compare it with other thermal overload relays by adjustment range, reset type, and how it integrates with your existing starter panel, since those details decide whether it fits your setup.
