CKE DZW-A2060 Hook Chafing Dish, 6.0L Polished Stainless Steel

Our review

The CKE DZW-A2060 is a hook-style chafing dish with a 6.0L capacity, a polished stainless steel body and a lid holder. It is made for commercial buffet service, so it fits restaurants, hotel breakfast and dinner lines, and catered events where food needs to stay warm while guests serve themselves. The 6.0L size sits in the middle of the range: enough for moderate to high volumes of entrees, sides or sauces without taking up as much counter or table space as larger pans. Before buying, think about how you will heat it, since the listing gives no details on fuel type or included components, and confirm the pan and lid fit your existing setup. Compare it with similar hook-lid chafing dishes on capacity, lid mechanism and material finish, because those affect how easy it is to refill and clean during a busy service. The lid holder is the practical detail here, keeping the lid off the table and out of the way while guests serve themselves.
