Dolphin 48-Inch Ceiling Fan with 3 ABS Blades, 6 Speeds and Remote

Our review

This is a 48-inch Dolphin ceiling fan in black, built around a DC motor with six speed settings and an included remote control. The listing names three ABS blades, though the summary also mentions a four-blade MDF variant, so confirm which blade count and material you are ordering before checkout. ABS blades suit humid coastal air better than MDF, which can warp over time, so buyers in Dar or Tanga may prefer that version. The 230V, 50Hz rating matches standard Tanzanian mains. At 13.5kg net, check your ceiling mount and wiring can carry it, and consider whether a downrod suits a high ceiling. Compare against AC-motor fans of the same size: DC motors generally run quieter and use less power, which matters if the fan runs nightly. Remote operation helps where wall switches are awkwardly placed. Available on Sokonia.
