Our review
The Esse Hyphen VoltPort is a compact wall charger built around a 20W USB-C Power Delivery port, with an additional USB-A port alongside it. That combination suits someone who carries two devices, such as a phone and earbuds, and wants one plug rather than two. The 20W output and PD 3.0 support are the headline points, and the stated charging speed is up to 2.5 times faster than a standard charger, though the actual result depends on whether your device supports Power Delivery. Before buying, check two things: that your phone or tablet accepts USB-C PD charging, and that a UK three-pin plug fits your sockets. If your device only charges over USB-A, the second port still works but you will not get the faster PD rate. Compared with basic single-port chargers of similar size, the extra USB-A port is the main practical difference, and it is worth weighing against chargers that include a cable, since none is mentioned here.
