Tronic Onload Enclosed Manual Changeover 315A, AC 415V
TSh 1,314,000
Our review
This is a Tronic on-load manual changeover rated at 315 amps and AC 415 volts, supplied in a grey enclosure measuring 350mm high by 455mm wide. It lets an operator transfer between two supply sources under load, with emergency breaking, selection between two loads, and isolation of downstream circuits so maintenance work can be done safely. It suits larger installations where a single high-current feed must be switched by hand rather than automatically, such as a main intake backed by a generator. Before buying, confirm your supply voltage, the actual current your installation draws, and that the enclosure will fit your panel or wall space, since the dimensions above are the only ones given. Compare it with automatic changeovers if you need unattended transfer, and with lower-rated units if your load is smaller. Cable entry, termination sizes and mounting details are not stated here, so check those against your installation. Available on Sokonia.
