Tronic Dimmer Switch 1 Gang, White Standard Range
TSh 13,500
Our review
This is a single-gang dimmer switch from Tronic's standard range, finished in white with smooth edges intended to sit well in contemporary homes and workplaces. A dimmer controls how bright a connected light source is by altering the voltage waveform reaching the bulb, so lowering the output is a matter of adjusting the switch rather than swapping lamps. It suits anyone replacing a plain on-off switch where softer, adjustable lighting is wanted, or matching an existing white standard-range fitting. Before buying, confirm the gang count matches your wall box, that your bulb type is compatible with dimming, and that the load falls within what the dimmer handles, since dimming LEDs and dimming halogens can behave differently. Compare against multi-gang versions if you need to control several circuits, and against smart dimmers if app or voice control matters to you. Available on Sokonia.
