Ingco 20V Cordless Heat Gun HGLI20025, 300°C/550°C

Our review

This is a battery-powered heat gun from Ingco, sold as the HGLI20025. It runs on a 20V pack and gives you two heat levels, 300°C and 550°C, plus two airflow rates, 100 and 200 litres per minute, so you can match the output to lighter tasks like loosening adhesive or heavier ones like stripping paint and shrinking plastic tubing. It suits someone already on Ingco's 20V battery platform, since the 4.0Ah pack is the same type used across that range. Before buying, check which battery and charger are included, because cordless tools are often listed as body-only, and confirm the pack you own fits. Compared with corded heat guns, you trade unlimited runtime and higher sustained output for freedom from a cable, so think about how long your jobs run. Against other cordless models, the two-stage control is the main thing to weigh.
