Silverdome Egg Cooker Multi Function 360W EBT-700

Our review

This is a countertop egg cooker built around three everyday jobs: boiling, poaching and steaming. The double-layer steaming system is the part worth noting, because it lets you prepare more than one item in the same session rather than running the appliance again. It suits someone who eats eggs regularly and wants a single small appliance instead of juggling a saucepan, a steamer insert and a poaching pan. Before buying, think about how many eggs you typically cook at once and whether the two layers match that, and check the size of your kitchen counter, since a dedicated cooker earns its place only if it stays within reach. Compare it with a plain electric egg boiler, which usually does one job, and with a multi-tier steamer, which handles more foods but takes up more room. The 360W rating tells you it draws modest power, though heating speed and capacity are not stated here, so treat those as open questions. If your cooking is mostly eggs and simple steamed items, this sits in a sensible middle ground.
