Ingco Wood File 3pcs Set HKTFW0308, 200mm Flat, Half-Round and Round

Our review

This Ingco set puts three 200mm wood files in one double blister pack: a flat file, a half-round file and a round file. That spread of profiles covers most shaping jobs on timber, from flattening an edge to opening out a curved cut or cleaning up a drilled hole. It suits woodworkers, carpenters and DIY users who want a small, matched kit rather than buying single files one at a time. Before buying, check the length suits your work: 200mm is a handy bench size, but large flattening jobs may call for a longer file. Compare the cut and tooth pattern of other wood files, since coarse and fine cuts behave very differently, and consider whether you need a handle or already own one. If you mainly work on flat surfaces, a single flat file may be enough; the half-round and round profiles here are what make the set useful for mixed shaping. Available on Sokonia.
