Tronic Halogen Tube 500W Daylight, Small Fitting

Our review

This is a Tronic halogen tube rated at 500 watts, emitting a daylight colour and running on AC 220-240 volts. It uses a small fitting and a glass body, and it carries a one-year warranty. Because of its wattage and daylight output, it suits outdoor and street-lighting setups where a bright, white light is wanted, and it can also work in larger commercial or security fixtures that accept this fitting size. Before buying, confirm your fixture takes a small-fitting halogen tube and can handle 500W, and check that your supply matches 220-240V. Compare against LED alternatives, which typically use less power, and against other halogen tubes on fitting type, colour and warranty.
