Dolphin 48-Inch Ceiling Fan, 4 MDF Blades, 6 Speed, Black with Remote and LED

Our review

This Dolphin ceiling fan is a 48-inch, four-blade model finished in black, with a remote control and an LED light function built in. Six speeds give you finer control over airflow than a basic three-speed fan, which matters in rooms where you want a gentle stir rather than a strong draft. The MDF blades and 13.5kg net weight suggest a fairly substantial unit, so it suits a living room or a large bedroom rather than a cramped space. Before buying, confirm your ceiling can take the weight and that your wiring matches 230V at 50Hz. Compare it with similar 48-inch fans on blade material, speed settings and whether a remote is included.
