Tronic 4 Way Extension With USB Ports

Our review

This Tronic extension is a flexible power lead with a plug at one end and four socket outlets plus USB ports at the other, so several devices can draw from a single wall point. It suits anyone whose room has too few outlets, such as a desk with a laptop, monitor, lamp and phone charger, or a living area where the TV, router and speakers compete for sockets. Before buying, check the plug type matches your wall outlets, that the total load of everything you plan to connect stays within what the lead is rated for, and how long the cable needs to be for your layout. Compare it with plain four-way extensions that lack USB, and with surge-protected strips if you have sensitive electronics. The USB ports are handy for phones and small gadgets, but they are not a substitute for a proper fast charger. Available on Sokonia.
