Tefal Motiva Vacuum Jug 1.0L Leak-Proof Glass Liner N4170410

Our review

The Tefal Motiva is a one-litre vacuum jug built around a glass liner, with a screw lid that locks and a plastic body. Tefal positions it as much a table piece as a thermos, and the Scandinavian-influenced lines support that: it can sit on a dining table or office desk without looking out of place. It suits households that pour coffee or tea for several people at once, and anyone who wants a carafe that looks deliberate rather than utilitarian.
Before buying, think about capacity and handling. One litre is generous for two or three people but heavy when full, so check the pour and grip suit you. Glass liners retain heat well but are less forgiving of knocks than stainless steel, so consider how the jug will be stored and washed. Compare against steel-lined vacuum jugs if durability matters more than heat retention, and against smaller carafes if you rarely serve a full litre. The leak-proof lock and screw lid are worth noting if you carry the jug between rooms. Available on Sokonia.
