Our review
The HW-6P-C is the biggest unit in CKE's industrial food display series, a 2.15kW heated showcase with a 2.2m cabinet and room for twelve pans. It is aimed at operations where food has to stay hot and visible for long stretches: busy canteens, catering kitchens, hotel buffets, event venues and large takeaway counters. The size is the main decision point. Before buying, measure your counter or floor space and confirm the doorways and turns on the route in, because a cabinet this long is awkward to move once it is on site. Check that your power supply can carry 2.15kW on its own circuit, and think about where staff will stand to load and serve. Compare it with smaller heated displays if your peak periods are short, and with dry-heat versus moist-heat cabinets if you plan to hold items that dry out quickly. Spare pans and shelf positioning are worth planning too. It is available on Sokonia.
