Ingco JBT118B Jig Saw Blade for Metal, 50mm, Pack of 5
TSh 12,000
Our review
These are Ingco JBT118B jig saw blades intended for metal work, supplied as a five-piece set in a single blister pack. Each blade measures 50mm with a tooth space of 1.9 to 2.3mm, made from HSS with a wavy set and milled teeth. The tooth spacing and basic metal design point to cutting medium-thick sheet metal in the 2.5 to 6 mm range, so they suit workshop tasks, fabrication, and repair jobs on steel sheet rather than fine scroll work in thin gauge or wood. Before buying, check that your jig saw takes the standard T-shank or bayonet fitting these blades use, and confirm the material thickness you plan to cut falls within that range. Blades for thinner sheet usually have finer teeth, while coarser blades clear chips faster in thicker stock, so compare tooth spacing if your work varies. HSS holds up better than basic carbon steel on metal, though it dulls faster on hardened or abrasive materials. Five blades let you rotate as edges wear. Available on Sokonia.
