Tronic Cylindrical Bollard Light, Aluminium, E27, IP65

Our review

This Tronic bollard light is a cylindrical outdoor fixture made from aluminium, which is the material you want for a post that sits in sun and rain year round. It takes a standard E27 bulb up to 25W, so you can choose the lamp yourself, and the summary describes a warm white 3000K glow when fitted with a suitable bulb. The IP65 rating means it is built to handle outdoor conditions, making it a sensible option for garden borders, pathways, driveways or the edges of a lawn where you want low-level light rather than a floodlight. Before buying, check the height and diameter you need, since bollards vary and the wrong size looks out of place. Confirm the base or mounting method suits your surface, whether soil, concrete or paving. Also decide on bulb type, because the E27 socket gives you options but the 25W limit rules out high-output lamps. Compare with other aluminium bollards on build material, IP rating and socket type, and with plastic models on long-term durability. Available on Sokonia.
