Our review
The Tronic Automatic Transfer Switch is a 100A controller built around a microprocessor, which is what lets it watch the incoming mains supply closely rather than just reacting to a total blackout. It is designed to act when the main power is lost, when voltage climbs too high, or when it drops too low. That makes it relevant to anyone running a backup generator or inverter setup where the changeover between mains and backup should happen without someone standing at a switch. It suits homes, shops, offices and small industrial sites that already have a backup supply and want the transfer handled automatically. Before buying, confirm the 100A rating matches the load your installation will actually carry, and check that your generator or inverter can accept an automatic start signal if you expect one. Also compare it with mechanical changeover switches, which are cheaper but need manual operation, and with ATS units that include built-in generator controllers. An electrician should verify compatibility with your existing wiring and protection gear. It is available on Sokonia.
