Tronic Enclosure 490 x 180 x 260 mm Distribution Board
TSh 566,500
Our review
This Tronic enclosure is a weatherproof consumer unit built to split a single electrical supply into separate subsidiary circuits, with room for a protective fuse or circuit breaker on each one. It suits anyone organising distribution for a home, workshop, rental property or small commercial space where circuits need to be separated and individually protected rather than run from one point. The stated dimensions of 490 by 180 by 260 millimetres are the main thing to work with, so measure your intended mounting spot and confirm the board, breakers and cable entries you plan to fit will sit comfortably inside. Before buying, compare it with other distribution boards on enclosure size, whether the weatherproof rating matches where you will mount it, and how many ways you need. Check the breaker types and ratings you intend to use are compatible, and have a qualified electrician confirm the setup, since the enclosure itself is only the housing.
