Tronic Dual Socket Pop-Up Floor Panel with RJ45 Ports

Our review

This Tronic pop-up floor panel is a recessed unit that sits flush with the floor and rises when you need power or data, then retracts out of the way. It carries two 13A BS sockets and two RJ45 ports in an aluminum alloy body, so it suits anyone planning a desk, meeting table, or lounge area where trailing cables would look untidy and become a trip hazard. Before buying, confirm the cutout size your floor or counter allows, since the panel has to sit level and secure, and check that your devices match BS-style plugs and standard network cabling. Compare it with fixed wall outlets and plain floor boxes: this one trades a little installation effort for a cleaner look and easier access. If you need more ports or a different socket standard, look at other panels in the same range.
