Our review
The Moulinex Uno is an electric deep fryer built around a 1 kg food capacity and a 1.8-litre oil bowl, powered at 1470W with an adjustable thermostat. Moulinex positions it for a family of four, and the compact body with a foldable handle is aimed at kitchens where counter and cupboard space is tight. It suits households that fry in batches rather than once in a while, and anyone upgrading from a small basket fryer that cannot handle a full meal. Before buying, think about how often you deep fry, whether the 1 kg capacity matches your typical batch, and whether an adjustable thermostat matters for the foods you cook. Compare it with other family-size electric fryers on oil capacity, wattage and footprint, and check how you would store it. Available on Sokonia.
