This is a heavy-duty commercial waffle station built around two independent rotating plates, each 18.3cm round, driven by a 2.4kW element. CKE positions the WG-HF-2Z (Bevel) for dessert parlours, busy cafes and hotel breakfast service where waffles go out continuously rather than in occasional batches. The rotating plate design is the key point: it lets an operator pour, close and flip without lifting the whole unit, which matters when one person is working several irons at once. Independent plates also mean you can run two different batters or stagger batches instead of waiting for a single cavity to free up. Before buying, think about your counter and power setup, since a 2.4kW machine draws serious current and needs a stable, heat-resistant surface with clearance around it. Compare it against single-plate commercial irons and lighter domestic-style makers: those cost less and draw less power, but they cannot match the throughput or consistency of a dual rotating station.
