Tronic Earth Rod 12mm Pure Copper Grounding Rod

Our review

The Tronic Earth Rod 12mm is a grounding electrode made from pure copper, intended to give electrical current a dependable route into the ground. It belongs in earthing arrangements for homes, workshops, solar installations and similar setups where a stable earth connection matters. Because copper resists corrosion better than many cheaper electrode materials, it tends to suit sites where the rod will stay buried for years. Before buying, confirm the diameter and length match your grounding design, since a 12mm rod may not meet every installation's requirements. Also check how it will be coupled or clamped to your earthing conductor, and consider soil conditions, as rocky or very dry ground can affect performance. Compare it with galvanised or copper-bonded rods, which cost less but may not last as long in aggressive soils. If your plan calls for a solid copper electrode of this size, it is available on Sokonia.
