Nadstar HGF-75 Gas Deep Fryer, 14L, Two Baskets

Our review

This is a large-capacity fryer aimed at people cooking in volume rather than for one or two portions. The 14-litre working capacity is split across two baskets, so you can fry two different items at once or hold one basket back while the other drains. That setup tends to suit small restaurants, caterers, chips stands, and households that regularly cook for a crowd.
One thing worth noting: the listing describes the power supply as electric even though the product is named as a gas fryer. Before ordering, confirm with the seller which fuel type the unit actually uses, since that decides whether you need a gas line or a suitable electrical supply. Also check the dimensions and the basket size against your counter or stand space, and think about how you will filter and change 14 litres of oil.
Compared with smaller domestic fryers, the appeal here is batch size and fewer refills during service. Compared with single-basket units of similar capacity, two baskets give you more flexibility but slightly less room per basket. If you mostly fry small amounts, a compact model will be easier to manage. Otherwise, this is available on Sokonia.
