CKE WG-B125 Commercial Planetary Mixer, 7kW 125L

Our review

This is a planetary mixer at the top end of the commercial scale, built around a 125-litre bowl and a 7kW motor. CKE positions the WG-B125 for the heaviest production environments: large bakeries, food manufacturing lines and central catering operations where mixing runs for hours rather than batches. Three speeds and a planetary action make it a candidate for doughs, batters and other dense mixtures that smaller countertop or 20-to-60-litre machines struggle to handle consistently. The safety net and trolley matter in a working kitchen, since a bowl at this size is not something you lift by hand. Before buying, confirm the power supply your site can deliver, the clearance and floor loading for a machine of this class, and whether the bowl and attachments you need are included, because none of that is stated in the listing. Compare it against spiral mixers, which often suit bread dough better, and against smaller planetary models if your output does not justify this capacity. Available on Sokonia.
