Tronic Glossy White Satellite Socket, 90x90mm Bakelite Wall Outlet

Our review

This is a single wall outlet made for terminating a satellite cable run, finished in glossy white with a 90mm by 90mm face and a bakelite body. It suits anyone wiring a dish feed into a room, particularly where the socket will sit on a visible wall and needs to match existing white fittings. Bakelite is rigid and heat resistant, which is reassuring behind a faceplate, though it can chip if overtightened, so use gentle screw pressure on the mounting. Before ordering, confirm your cable connector type and whether you need a single or twin outlet, since satellite installs often run two feeds for recording. Compare against plastic-bodied sockets and metal-shielded types if interference is a concern in your area. The one-year warranty is stated by the maker. Available on Sokonia.
