Tronic Cotton Electric Wire with BS Power Plug, 3m, 220-240V
TSh 22,500
Our review
This Tronic cord is a three-metre length of cotton-covered electric wire in black and red, fitted with a BS power plug and rated for AC 220 to 240 volts. It suits anyone replacing a worn cord on a lamp, iron, kettle or similar small appliance, or wiring a short run where a plug-ready lead is more convenient than buying cable and a plug separately. Cotton braiding is mostly a look and feel choice; it does not change the electrical rating, so match the cord to the appliance's voltage and current needs. Before buying, check the plug type matches your sockets, confirm three metres reaches from outlet to appliance, and compare against PVC-insulated cords if you need something easier to wipe clean. A one-year warranty applies.
