Esse Loop Silicone USB-C to USB-C Cable 60W Sky Blue 1.2m

Our review
This is a 1.2-metre USB-C to USB-C cable from Esse, rated for 60W charging and finished in sky blue. The listing describes a double black cotton braided construction with an aluminium shell, which is the part that matters if you have had rubber cables fray near the plugs. The braid is also meant to keep the cable tangle free, so it packs away more easily in a bag than a plain plastic one. It suits someone charging a USB-C phone, tablet or laptop from a USB-C wall charger or power bank, and anyone who wants a spare that lives in a travel pouch. Before buying, check three things: that both your charger and your device use USB-C, that your charger can actually deliver the wattage you expect, and that 1.2m is long enough for how you usually sit or stand while charging. Compare it with other braided USB-C cables on build, length and the power rating printed on the packaging, since a lower-rated cable will charge large devices more slowly. Available on Sokonia.
