Hitachi R-W800PU7 GBK 690L Side-by-Side Refrigerator with Dual Fan Cooling

Our review

This is a large four-door side-by-side refrigerator from Hitachi, listed at 690 litres and finished in glass black. Its headline feature is dual fan cooling: each compartment gets its own dedicated fan, so the freezer and the refrigerator section are cooled independently rather than sharing one airflow. That matters in a big unit, because the two sides are used differently and a single fan tends to compromise one of them. The listing also notes stabilizer-free operation, LED control lighting, an automatic ice maker and water dispenser, and tempered glass shelves.
It suits a large household, or anyone who cooks and shops in bulk and wants a clear split between frozen and fresh storage. Before buying, measure your doorway, lift and the alcove you have in mind, since a unit this size is awkward to move and needs room for the doors to swing. Check the plumbing point if you plan to use the water dispenser and ice maker. Compare against other side-by-side fridges on capacity, how the shelves are arranged, and whether the cooling is split per compartment. Available on Sokonia.
