Tronic LED Bulb Blue 2W B22 Bayonet Pin
TSh 1,500
Our review
This is a low-wattage Tronic LED bulb rated at 2 watts, with a B22 pin base and a blue light output. Because it draws so little power, it suits accent or decorative spots where you want a coloured glow rather than bright white room lighting — think a small fixture, a display shelf, or a feature corner. Before buying, confirm your fitting is B22 bayonet pin and not a screw type, since the base is the detail most people get wrong. Also decide whether blue light is really what the spot needs. Compared with incandescent bulbs, an LED like this uses at least 75% less energy, and it lasts 35 to 50 times longer than incandescent and roughly 2 to 5 times longer than fluorescent, so maintenance swaps are far less frequent.
