Tronic Blue Dome Pendant Light, E27 Base, Aluminium

Our review

This Tronic pendant is a dome-shaped ceiling light finished in blue, made from aluminium and built around a single E27 base. Its proportions, roughly 259mm tall and 244mm wide, put it in the medium bracket, so it works well over a dining table, a kitchen island or a bedside corner without crowding a small room. The retro-leaning shape suits anyone styling a vintage, industrial or eclectic space, and the blue finish gives a stronger accent than the usual white or black shades. Before buying, check your ceiling height and the drop you need, since the listing gives the shade dimensions only, not the cable or chain length. Also confirm the E27 bulb wattage and type you plan to use, and whether you want a warm or cool look, because the bulb is not included. Compare it with other metal dome pendants on shade diameter, base type and material weight; aluminium keeps it lighter than ceramic or glass equivalents. A one-year warranty applies.
