Tronic CAT 6 UTP Cable Roll, 305 Meters

Our review

This is a 305-metre roll of Tronic CAT 6 UTP cable, the kind of bulk box used for structured network cabling rather than a single patch lead. It suits anyone wiring a home, office, or small site who needs long continuous runs and would rather terminate their own connectors than buy pre-made cables. Before ordering, read the Sokonia listing carefully, because the description text supplied there talks about a coaxial cable, which does not match the CAT 6 title, and no specifications are given. Confirm the conductor type, whether it is solid or stranded, and the sheath rating, since those decide whether it is right for in-wall installation or only for surface runs. Compare it with other CAT 6 rolls by checking metre count, conductor material, and whether the cable is pure copper or a copper-clad alternative, as that affects performance over distance. Also think about whether you need shielded cable instead, and budget for a crimper, connectors, and a tester if you plan to terminate it yourself.
