The Ingco GEP301 is a recoil-start diesel water pump built around an 80mm suction and discharge port, a 5.5HP engine and a 296cc displacement. Its 1000L/min flow rate and 28m maximum head lift put it in the range of larger transfer and dewatering jobs rather than light garden use. The 7m maximum suction head and 12.5L fuel tank are the figures to weigh first, because suction height and runtime between refuels often decide whether a pump suits a site.
