This is a hand riveter from Ingco, sized at 10.5 inches, with a head that rotates a full 360 degrees. It accepts rivets in four sizes: 2.4mm, 3.2mm, 4mm and 4.8mm, and it is built from steel and aluminium. That range covers most light repair and fabrication jobs around a home, workshop or small construction site.
The swivel head is the detail worth thinking about. On a fixed riveter you often cannot get the tool square to the hole when a panel, frame or bracket is in the way. Being able to turn the head lets you reach angles that would otherwise need a different tool or a dismantled assembly. If your work is mostly flat, open surfaces, a standard fixed riveter will do the same job and may feel simpler to handle.
Before buying, check which rivet diameters your job actually needs and confirm they fall within the four sizes listed. Also think about grip and reach: a 10.5-inch body gives more leverage than a small pocket riveter, but it is longer to store and heavier to hold overhead.
