CKE WG-101V Commercial Electric Fryer, 10L Single Tank, 3.25kW

Our review
The CKE WG-101V is a countertop electric fryer with one 10-litre tank and a 3.25kW heating element, positioned by the brand for professional kitchens doing medium to high-volume frying. It suits small restaurants, takeaway counters, caterers and busy canteens that fry in batches through the day and want a single tank rather than splitting oil across two. Before buying, think about your peak output: one tank means one oil body and one temperature, so if your menu mixes strongly flavoured items with delicate ones, a two-tank unit may serve you better. Also confirm your power supply can carry a 3.25kW appliance, and measure your counter space and clearance above the tank. Compare against other single-tank electric fryers on oil capacity, wattage and build, and against gas models if you already have a gas line. The stainless steel body is aimed at heavy use, so weigh that against lighter domestic fryers that will struggle with continuous service.
