CKE WG-XOS 180 Commercial Cake Showcase, 1800mm Cambered Glass

Our review

This is a large-format display case from CKE, sized at 1800mm wide and built around cambered glass with front sliding doors. The curved front is the part that matters most day to day: it gives cakes and pastries a taller, more open presentation than a flat-glass case of similar footprint, and the sliding doors let staff restock from the front without walking around to a rear panel. At 950W, it is a serious piece of equipment rather than a countertop unit, so it suits high-traffic bakeries, upscale cafes and large restaurants where the case is meant to be the centrepiece of the counter, not a side display. Before buying, check the dimensions against your counter run and door clearances, confirm the electrical supply your site can give it, and think about how many shelves and what tray sizes you actually need to show. Compare it with other 1800mm showcases on glass shape, door type and how easy the interior is to clean, since those are the things you will live with. Available on Sokonia.
