Tronic Hoop White Tri Colour LED Pendant Light

Our review

The Tronic Hoop is a ceiling pendant built around an integrated LED, so the light source is part of the fitting rather than a bulb you swap out. Its tapering shade is made from matte-painted acrylic with a pleated surface, and because that material is translucent, light passes through the shade as well as shining down, giving a broad, direct flood of brightness rather than a narrow pool. The tri colour element means you can change the colour temperature, which helps if you want cooler light for tasks and warmer light for evenings. It suits anyone lighting a dining table, kitchen island, hallway or bedroom where a single central fitting needs to cover the room. Before buying, check the ceiling height and the drop you need, confirm the shade diameter works for your space, and make sure your wiring suits a pendant. Compare it with other integrated LED pendants on shade size, colour temperature options and whether the LED is replaceable, since that affects long-term value. Available on Sokonia.
