CKE HWF-40B Commercial Dry Food Grinder, 2000g Capacity

Our review
The CKE HWF-40B is a commercial dry grinder built around a high-power motor, designed to turn dried herbs, grains and spices into consistent output quickly. The 2000g figure in its name points to a large working capacity, so it is aimed at people grinding in volume rather than the occasional teaspoon: small food businesses, spice traders, mills, and households that process their own grain or dried produce regularly. Because it is a dry grinder, keep wet or oily ingredients out of it, and work in batches so the motor is not strained. Before buying, compare motor power, chamber size and duty cycle against other commercial grinders, and think about how fine a grind you actually need. No specifications are listed here, so confirm capacity, voltage and available spares with the seller before you commit. It is available on Sokonia.
