This is a 100mm wire cup brush from Ingco, listed as model WB11001. It uses 0.3mm wire and an M14x2 threaded arbor, the common spindle size on many angle grinders, and it is rated for a maximum rotation of 8500 rpm. That combination makes it a general-purpose tool for stripping rust, paint, scale and light weld spatter from flat steel, and for roughening surfaces before a coating goes on. It suits workshop and farm maintenance work more than fine finishing, since cup brushes leave a coarse scratch pattern.
Before buying, check two things on your machine: that the spindle thread is M14x2, and that the grinder's no-load speed does not exceed the 8500 rpm ceiling marked on the brush. Also confirm your guard and backing flange suit a cup-style brush rather than a flat wheel. Compared with a knotted wire wheel, a cup brush like this reaches into corners and works flat areas faster, but it is harsher on the surface. Compare wire diameter too: 0.3mm is on the finer side, so it removes material less aggressively than thicker wire and is easier to control on sheet metal. Available on Sokonia.
