This is a concrete vibrator poker shaft, the part that goes into the pour while a separate motor drives it. The 38mm head suits typical column, beam and slab work where you need to reach past the reinforcement without the head jamming. At 465mm long with a 6m flexible hose, it gives useful reach on formwork and footings. It pairs with the GVR-1 and GVR-2 motors, so confirm which motor you own or plan to use before ordering, since the claw type coupling is what joins the two. Compare against other shafts mainly on head diameter, hose length and vibration frequency: a smaller head moves through tight spacing more easily, while a larger one shifts more concrete per insertion. The 200Hz frequency and 1.2mm amplitude put it in the range used for normal structural concrete. Think about whether 6m of hose covers your tallest pour, and whether the head size matches your rebar spacing. It arrives packed in a carton box.
