Tronic LED Hanging Light, 60W Swirl Ceiling Fixture, 120cm

Our review

This Tronic fixture is a complete LED ceiling light built around a twist-and-curl silhouette rather than a flat panel, so it reads as a decorative piece first and a light source second. At 120cm across and 41cm deep it is a large fitting, which makes it best suited to rooms with generous ceiling height and open floor space, such as a living area, dining room or double-height entry. The 60W output at 220–240V suits mains wiring in Tanzania. Three colour settings, cool, day and warm, let you shift the mood without changing the bulb, since the LEDs are integrated. Before buying, measure your ceiling area and check the mounting point can carry a fixture of this size and weight, and confirm your switch setup works with colour-changing lights, as some need to be cycled off and on to change shade. Compare it with plain round LED panels if you want even, unobtrusive light, or with multi-arm chandeliers if you want more sparkle. The aluminium, iron and PVC build in white keeps it fairly neutral against most ceilings. Available on Sokonia.
