Tronic Mounted Cutout 400A Pole with Fuse

Our review

This Tronic cutout is the point where your property's internal wiring meets the mains service cable, and it carries a 400A rating with an integrated fuse. That makes it a fit for larger domestic supplies or small commercial premises where the incoming load is heavy, rather than for a typical single-phase household connection. Because it mounts on a pole, it suits overhead service arrangements where the cutout sits outside the building. Before buying, confirm your supply's current rating and cable size match a 400A device, and check whether your utility expects a pole-mounted or wall-mounted unit, since the two are not interchangeable. Also verify the fuse type your setup requires. Compared with lower-rated cutouts, this one gives more headroom but is bulkier and unnecessary if your load is modest. A licensed electrician should confirm suitability, as this is mains-side equipment. Available on Sokonia.
