Sony IER-EX15C USB-C Wired In-Ear Headphones with Mic and Inline Remote

Our review
The Sony IER-EX15C is a wired in-ear headphone that connects over USB-C instead of a headphone jack, with an inline remote for volume and mute and a built-in mic. It suits anyone whose phone or laptop has dropped the 3.5mm socket, or who is tired of charging earbuds before every call. Because there is no battery, there is nothing to top up and no pairing step—plug in and audio starts. Before buying, confirm your device has a USB-C port that carries audio, since some older USB-C phones do not. Also decide whether you want a mic and inline controls or a simpler cable, and compare against Bluetooth buds if you need wireless freedom, or against USB-C models with different tip sizes if fit matters to you. There are no published specifications here, so check the connector, cable length and eartip options on the listing itself. Available on Sokonia.
